I have the right to decline a commission at any given moment throughout the process. If the commission has begun, I will refund a percentage of what still needs to be completed.
Refunds cannot be issued one a piece has been completed.
Changes and input can be made to a piece, in fact, I approve of it because it's your piece. I want you to be happy with it. However, after the third change, there will be an additional charge of $10 per change.
These works are for personal use only for the commissioner! Not allowed for third-party use!
That being said, please do not make heavy changes to the artwork once it's completed. (It really hurts to see.)
Please do not post to the platform "Pinterest". The site is heavily saturated with art theft.
I will give watermarked and non-watermarked versions. Watermarks are for you and me to post on sites and non-watermarked is for your collection. (I have dealt with heavy art theft before. And I do not appreciate my watermarks not being present on posted work.)

Payments can be sent through Paypal or E-transfer (E-transfer is Canada only).
Payments will need to be made in Canadian Currency.
I will start a sketch of your commission once you have agreed you would like to commission me.
Sketch will only be shown to you once the payment has been received.
Payment plans can be arranged, but they can only be 50% up front, and then 50% once completed.) Please speak to me before you send money and or when we are in the process of talking about the commission itself.

During the process you will be given progress reports that will be watermarked with my signature across the piece.
Please do not post progress reports on socials without my approval.
Once a piece has been finished, you will be given a watermarked version to post on your socials if you so wish- please inform me which socials and a link to said post. A non-invasively-watermarked version will also be given for your personal collection and or printable uses.
You agree not to make heavy changes to the art piece once it is completed. (It hurts if you do.)
Please let me know at the beginning if you plan on putting it on any sort of merchandise or attire.
You agree not to sell the piece to third-party sources.
Please do not use for roleplay icons or graphics without approval.

Some days I may not feel like drawing or get burnt out. So if there is no deadline, please be patient with me. I also enjoy getting things completed in a somewhat promptly manner, but if I need to take a day or two to rest, I will let you know.
If you need a deadline, I will ask for an additional fee depending on how quick of a deadline you need the piece by.

In the past I have found my art on a dvd in Wal-Mart here in Canada. I was 4 hours from home, and my family decided to make a pit stop. And I found my art- a photo painting of George Canyon (country singer) on a dvd. I broke down, we contacted the staf. they helped us look for others but it was the only one.We went home and planned what we were going to do. Because the picture was uploaded to DeviantART... they owned the rights and I had no say. The art had been stolen and they didn't care.Next we tried to contact the company that made the bootleg concert dvd. They weren't in their office, and we tried the next day but the line had been disconnected and their website had been shut down.My mom had a friend who worked in the higher ups of wal-mart and couldn't find where the dvd came from.That is why I insist on my art having a watermark through the faces or important parts of the art, so it doesn't get plastered onto a dvd again. Since the thieves kept my sigature but covered my watermark that was at the bottom of the image.--I have also had a past commissioner (who is a friend!) who loved the chibi piece I did for her. And in the end, She cropped, edited and completely changed the chibi I had made for her. She is now on my "Do Not Take Commissions From..." List.If you want to change a couple things, that's fine. But please ASK FIRST. I had put so much time and energy into the commission, and she even said everything wasfine. End ended up changing almost everything about it.When I confronted her about it; She said she would never do it again. And went ahead and did it again.
